Above Mexico’s Copper Canyon, a cantilevered structure may soon jut out from the hillside. Architectural firm Tall Arquitectos has presented renderings of their vision for Bire Bitori, a restaurant that features a glass floor and stunning panoramic views of the canyon. Their other projects are just as striking. The firms brave designs can be seen at Audirorio Metepec and La Rosilla Ranch in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
Bire Bitori has minimal form and material finishes with a lounge area and bar arranged inside the overhanging portion of the building. A mezzanine level offers views through the glass floor deep into the canyon.
Copper Canyon is located in the southwestern portion of Chihuahua in Northwestern Mexico.
The drop is over 6000 feet.
